If you're not happy, we're not happy.

IMPORTANT:

You will have 24 hours to inspect/test the item for defects or for damage from shipping only. If you're not happy, please contact us before opening a case, we want to resolve the issue. All we ask is that the item be returned to us in like condition complete with our original packing & contents. If item is determined to have been "used" or "tried out" and returned in a different condition we will not accept it's return. If auction item description states that it is being sold "AS IS" we will not accept return for any reason.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Shipping and handling charge is not refundable. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We are devoted to customer satisfaction. Therefore, we ask that you contact us first with any concerns or issues before leaving negative feedback, or lower seller ratings. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation.

Shipping costs will be not be refunded. All refunds will be by Paypal and will be processed upon safe return of the merchandise
